(Supplementary Policies)
Touchstone Capital Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “TSCM”) has adopted all five supplementary principles set forth in the “Supplementary Principles on Product Governance” established by the Financial Services Agency on September 26, 2024 (including subsequent revisions, hereinafter referred to as the “Supplementary Principles”).
Under our “Policies on Customer-Oriented Business Conduct,” TSCM has established the following policies on product governance (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplementary Policies”) with the aim of providing products and services that align with the best interests of our clients.

Fundamental Principles
TSCM provides appropriate real estate-related funds and other products and services (including after-sales support, hereinafter referred to as "Products and Services") by considering customers' trading experience, knowledge, financial circumstances, investment policies, transaction purposes, and needs, while leveraging our expertise, experience, and broad real estate and financial know-how.

TSCM provides comprehensive services to customers, ranging from product design and structuring of private real estate funds to solicitation and sales to customers, post-formation fund management, and acquisition and disposal of real estate assets that serve as the underlying assets.
Therefore, product governance in TSCM (governance to ensure that product services align with the best interests of customers) involves maintaining close communication with customers at each stage of the operational process. It also requires working in coordination with all internal and external stakeholders involved in the fund to ensure that all entrusted operational function seamlessly, efficiently, and effectively as an integrated service.
To meet the expectations and needs of our customers, TSCM aims to establish and disseminate the principles and philosophies articulated in the Policy, including the Supplementary Policies, as a shared value system within the organization.
